process trainers who can contribute to the winning formula of
KCS and its Agents.

Vendor management(when the training programs are

Helping the agents by constant feedback sessions and
mentoring them on how to improve sales.

Help agents achieve their sales numbers.

Training need analysis.
The
candidate must be open to travel and also work in shifts.
