Years of Experience: 2-3yrs in managing an ICC

Educational Qualification: B.E in any discipline,MBA would be an added advantage 

We would prefer a Male candidate for this role as it demands lot of travelling. 

Brief Job Description: 

·         Should have hands-on experience in handling the functionality of an International call centre.

·         Should be able to handle the pressure that this kind of a role requires

·         Should be open to travel

·         Should have good exposure to the functioning of a BPO and also some knowledge about the various processes and technology.

Should have some knowledge on the varied LOB’s of a contact centre such as KPO,BPO,LPO etc.
