Job Description:

Should have hands-on experience in handling the
functionality of an International call centre.

Should be able to handle the pressure that this kind of a
role requires

Should be open to travel
·
Should have good exposure to the functioning of a BPO and
also some knowledge about the various processes and
technology.
Should
have some knowledge on the varied LOB’s of a contact centre
such as KPO,BPO,LPO etc.
