Brief Job Description: 

·         Should monitor the calls and give feedback to agents based on the set parameters. 

·         Should be able to help and guide agents in making better sales. 

·         Should drive them for better call handling and customer handling skills. 

·         Coach them on selling skills and help achieve targets. 

·         Should be able to handle a team of Quality Executives 

  •       Should work closely with the Quality executives,check and update the parameters on which the candidates are being evaluated.
