Should monitor the calls and give feedback to agents based
on the set parameters.

Should be able to help and guide agents in making better
sales.

Should drive them for better call handling and customer
handling skills.

Coach them on selling skills and help achieve targets.

Should be able to handle a team of Quality Executives

work closely with the Quality executives,check and update the
parameters on which the candidates are being evaluated.
