To add to the star performers at KCS-CSR team we are looking at hiring some really talented people who can work as Customer Support Executives/Agents. 

Number of vacancies:100 

Educational Qualification: Graduate in any discipline.

Freshers can apply(must be a graduate) We are also hiring under Graduates but the candidate must have minimum of 6months experience in an International Call Centre. 

Roles and Responsibilities (Fresher)

  • The agent will be required to talk to customers across the globe(either US,UK or Australia)

  • Pleasant character with pleasing personality.

  • Should posses good telephone etiquettes(will be trained for the same).

  • Good oral and written English   

Roles and Responsibilities (Experienced Candidates)

  • Should have worked with an International call centre for minimum of 6 months.

  • Should be familiar with the functionality of an outbound call center and outbound campaigns.

  • Pleasant character with pleasing personality.

  • Should posses good telephone etiquettes.

  • Good oral and written English.

  • Must posses good customer convincing skills.

This will be a target driven job and the candidate needs to be really energetic and dynamic.

 

We are looking at hiring some really capable candidates for the role of Team Leaders. 

Number of vacancies:20

Years of Experience reqd:2yrs in the role of a TL.

Educational Qualification: Graduate in any Discipline,PG would be an added advantage.

Brief Job Description: 

  • The Candidate will have to work onsite(i.e at our client site)

  • The candidate must be open to travel.

  • Should have some good exposure and hands-on experience with handling a team.

  • We would prefer the candidate to have worked in an outbound contact centre environment.

  • Apart from handling the team he must be able to coach them on how they can improve their performance, make better sales, build better rapport with the customers etc.
