Graduate in any discipline.
Freshers can apply(must be a
graduate) We are also hiring under Graduates but the candidate
must have minimum of 6months experience in an International Call Centre.

(Fresher)

The
agent will be required to talk to customers across the
globe(either US,UK or Australia)

Pleasant
character with pleasing personality.

Should
posses good telephone etiquettes(will be trained for the
same).

oral and written English

Should
have worked with an International call centre for minimum
of 6 months.

Should be familiar with the
functionality of an outbound call center and outbound
campaigns.

personality.

etiquettes.

Must posses good customer
convincing skills.
